Bitcorn is an educational and meme/game token made for the Kernel community to learn how to use, build, and develop tokens, NFTS and more on the XRPL. Bitcorn has no real value and was created as a collectible token for the community. We do not encourage the trade or sale of this token. BItcorn should not be viewed or acquired as an investment, nor be perceived as an investment opportunity or obtained with a view to resell or distribute. Bitcorn should not be held with the intent of profit or financial gain. Bitcorn does not represent any equity, debt, profit, vote or any other interest, entity, company or organization. It's sole purpose is a community meme/game token that will be used for our upcoming game and NFT projects.
The XRP Ledger (XRPL) is a decentralized, public blockchain led by a global developer community.
Our first airdrop of 1700 Bitcorn to the first 700 trustlines set on the XRPL was completed 9/21/21. Our second airdrop of 425 Bitcorn to all 4,854 trustlines set when we hit our community goal of 1k Twitter followers was completed on 10/4/21. There are no more planned Bitcorn airdrops in the future. All Bitcorn is in public circulation.
There are multiple ways to set trustlines on the XRPL, you can set one using the XUMM wallet app or if your a little tech savvy you can use the XRP Tool Kit. Note setting a trustline reserves 2 XRP the XRP is reserved until the trustline is deleted after, it's deleted the 2 XRP becomes available to use. A common misconception of setting a trustline is that we get the XRP that is not true, it is reserved. There is no risk to setting a trustline and a trustline can be deleted whenever. There is no obligation to set a trustline or keep a trustline and setting one doesn't entitle you to anything. Do your research before setting trustlines for any project. Do not set a trustline if you don't trust the project. We made a simple graphic tutorial on how to add a trustline on Xumm Wallet tutorial here.
No, it’s not possible to issue additional Bitcorn on the XRPL. The supply is fixed and issuer wallet blackholed and we have no access to the keys, all Bitcorn created is in public circulation.

NFT stands for non-fungible token. It is a digital token that exists on the blockchain to record proof of ownership for the person holding it. Each token is completely unique because it has its own unique metadata which can never be duplicated or replaced for another. NFTs can be anything digital. Literally anything can be tokenized, including photographs, artwork, a Twitter post, music, videos, blueprints, templates ect.
The most common types of NFTs are:
We don't sell Bitcorn or make a profit off the token. The only Bitcorn we hold is 9,125 corn in our dev wallet for community tips and giveaways, our funding comes directly from the sales of our digital art NFTS. By purchasing our NFTS you make it possible to help fund our website, giveaways, gear and future community projects! You can also donate to our dev wallet if you'd like to support! Please make a transaction memo note that says donation so we know thank you!
If you want to delete your Bitcorn trustline it must have a 0 balance. We made a simple tutorial showing how to remove the trustline on the XUMM wallet app. (Remove Trustline Tutorial) If your balance isn't 0 and can't close the trustline you can either exchange your Bitcorn for one of our NFTS on the XRPL or you can send your Bitcorn to our dev wallet with a transaction memo that says "opting out closing trustline". Then you can close the trustline and we will burn the tokens.
Our token Bitcorn is not KYC on the XUMM wallet app because the KYC process wasn't available at the time of the token creation and now that the issuing wallet is blackholed and keys are disabled we have no way to go back and KYC. Going forward we are now KYC on XUMM and all our XRPL NFTS will be KYC in the future!
